How to Book The quickest way to secure your dates and even pay your deposit by paypal if you hold a paypal account is to use our new online booking system..... Simply go to the vans page which you would like, scroll to the calendar at the bottom of the page, click on your start date, click on your return date and you will then be shown how much the van will be for this period. If you then choose to click the 'book' button that reservation will be kept for you for 24 hours in which time you should get in contact and confirm the booking by paying the £150 booking deposit....its that simple!! Dont forget to fill in your telphone number as well as your email on the booking form so we can contact you easily. You can also book by contacting Adam direct via email (fill in a 'contact us' form online) or on 0774 7771150 There is a non-refundable booking deposit of £150, receipt of which confirms the dates of your booking. We can take payment by phone (with a credit or debit card) cash or paypal by booking online. The balance for your booking is due 30 days before the hire period commences. Once we have received your reservation via email, phone or post we will get in contact with you and take the first payment of £150 from you over the phone, we will then email you a booking confirmation with all your dates and details outlined on it. Once the final payment has been recieved 30 days before the hire all you have to do is turn up on the day and dont forget to bring your driving liscence and utility bill with you for all drivers. A £500 security deposit is held during the hire period and is refundable on the safe return of the vehicle and its contents. This is payable by credit or debit card swipe, or cash. What is included in the price? Included free within the hire price is fully comprehensive insurance for as many driver as you like, unlimited mileage, AA Breakdown cover, a free standing tent (awning) which attaches to the van, 1 bottle of camping gaz, mains hook up, cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery. Although the vans do have basic cooking pans in them, we advise people to bring along their own saucepans and frying pans. Dont forget to bring your bedding, clothes and toothbrush! Periods of Hire You can hire one of our campervans over the following periods: Weekend shortbreak: Friday 14.30 to Monday 10.00 am
Midweek shortbreak: Monday 14.30 to Friday 10.00 am
Week: Friday 14.30 to Friday 10.00 am (Although week hire normally run from Friday to Friday, other days may be availible subject to availibility)
If you like more flexibility with your dates, please contact us Car Storage You can park your car in our secure compound at no extra cost. Your car will be parked at your responsibility. Age You can hire one of our vans for use anywhere in the U.K. if you are aged between 23 and 70 years old, although often younger drivers can hire the campers with our insurers prior approval. You will need to have held a full driving licence for over a year before the hire period commences. Pets Pets are welcome. We charge £20 fee per hire. Extent of hire Unlike some other hire companies, we allow you to traval where ever you want to accross the U.K. you can also travel to Europe for just £150 extra per week In the event of breakdown In the event of breakdown, all the vans carry comprehensive service kits to aid the AA. In the unlikely event that your van needs to be brought back to our workshop, we will do everything in our power to get a replacement camper to you. Our aim is to get you back on the road in your original camper as soon as is humanly possible. Having said all this, we are regularly giving the vans lots of TLC so the vans can just keep on pootling.
